The previous reviews were very helpful. My husband received a similar call today. Actually, it was probably identical. The assistant Beth called, there is also a Veronica by the way, and she stated that they had an offer on the timeshare my husband owns. They asked if he was still interested in selling, and of course he said yes and they transferred him to Kyle Dreiden (or something to that effect). Kyle informed my husband there was an offer and asked him if he had a pen to write the offer down (very dramatic), and said it was somewhere around $13K (much more than what he paid for the timeshare originally). Kyle stated that the buyers had already put down 20%, however we needed to put down 10% to cover the "legal work" (RED FLAG!!!!). How ironic that the 10% happens to be the same amount of money of all the other people who have reviewed this company. So Kyle wanted $1338 and immediately asked "how would you like to pay for this, VISA or MasterCard?" My husband cut him off and continued to ask him questions about seeing a contract before giving any kind of credit card info, but Kyle stated this would be sent out immediately after we paid the $1338 and we would receive the contract in 72 hours. Then he asked if we could get a sample contract, and he said this was not available. Finally he asked the wonderful Kyle, "since you have the offer on my timeshare sitting in front of you can you tell me where my timeshare is located?" And he gave us the wrong city and state it's located in, and my husband made him aware of this, and CLICK! No more Kyle. SCAM!!!!!!!
