Smoke Assist is not a company to be trusted. They have no problem printing the return policy on every packing slip but if you try to return the product they will not stand by the policy. The Smoke Assist E-cigarette is a good idea however it tastes like a wet cigarette with a hint of caramel candy. If you do not cancel within 14 days of THE DAY YOU MADE THE ORDER you cannot get a refund. It just so happens that I got my e-cigarette and the first shipment of refills in the same week (about a month after I ordered the product). After several calls I was told that I am "stuck" with everything that was sent and out $140.00 for the "free" cigarette and 1 order of refills. I unfortunately used a debit card and cannot go to my credit card company for a refund. In closing if you don't mind doing business with a company that is not honest and you don't mind wet tasting cigarette then Smoke Assist is for you. Also please note that this company has several names and sells the same product.
