we started using coast to coast to help lower our house payment. we sent them $962 for three months starting in Jan 2011 and they received their last payment in march and now we have not heard any thing from them. we called several times leaving messages but have not got any response. we got a letter from our bank stating our payments went up. how is that possible. we were told not to contact our bank at any time during this process. after receiving the letter from our bank we called them and they told us that coast to coast did contact them but they haven't heard from them since April 5. so now we r having to move and have no where to go r money to move. i have three kids and now they have no home thanks to them. we trusted them to help us. we sent them the money to help lower our payments instead of sending the money to our bank. we have contacted the better business bureau to see if they could help get our 100% money back guarantee. we will see how far that gets us. if you plane using this company to help you i strongly suggest you reconsider.
