I recently ordered checks for my daughter and when they hadn't shown up after four weeks I contacted Check Works. I spoke with Donna who was probably the nicest customer service person I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She explained the shipping method we chose could take up to thirty days. She went ahead and notified the USPS immediately and asked them to track the order for us. She went above and beyond and we really appreciated her help. I really do like Check Works and the checks styles they offer.
