I wish I could choose less than one star!
I ordered a WD TV Live on Oct 29. When I powered it up it didn't work at all. It was defective out of the box. I followed their RMA procedures and paid for return shipping. I got a call from Hy Ly and he said the RMA wouldn't be honored and he immediately accused me of opening the unit and tampering which was not true. He then said he was going to file a police report - "internet fraud" I think he called it. Not once did he ask me for my side of the event. I then talked with Victor Lopez and he pretty much parroted the first guy. It's like they're reading a script. As of today I'm out $77.18 since they refuse to take responsibility. I'm sure I'm not the first they've defrauded.
Do NOT do business with these people. Terrible experience!
