Took my money and never heard from them again!!!

I ordered a central vacuum attachment kit from them and they charged my American Express card immediately. They offer shipping within 24-48 hours of order, unless backordered, in which case they will contact you. After several days of no email telling me my order was shipped, I called them. No answer. I emailed them. No response. It has been weeks now and they will not acknowledge me after at least 10 phone calls where I leave a message, and half a dozen emails. I called American Express and they are handling the complaint so I am not stuck with bill. This place is a sham. And be careful because they operate under other names such as Central Vacuum Supplier. If the phone number is 1-888-246-0035, run away!
Update, I was googling the company and the owner of Central Vac Planet was sued in 2010 because he was an employee of Think Vacuums. While an employee of Think Vacuums he opened his company on the side before he left the employment of Think Vacuums. He had access to all the company information and was taking orders with his new company while getting paid by his competitor. This just show his character and that he is a lowlife Shyster.
