Some one please HELP!! I'm in the state of SC. I went online and got a payday loan thru Cas Jar as well. After relizing that they were trying to take money out my account I closed it. They now say I owe them 1540.00 for a 300.00 loan I took out. Now I'm receiving threatning phone calls from a so call agency thats handling my case and they are wanting me to pay 350 to stop them from serving me papers or they plan on taking me to court. Is this possible?
