We have used Callbox many times over the years and at first they did a good job on lead generation and appointment setting. The last two times we used them they were terrible. They over promise and under deliver. We canceled our last campaign which was
appointment setting halfway through the engagement. They promised 18 to 20 appointments from 2 full time TMs but by the end of the second week, we had one appointment that canceled. A loss of 2200 dollars. Do your homework with offshore telemarketing centers.
They serve a great purpose in helping build a sales funnel but many of them are boiler rooms that churn & burn new customers.
