Horrible client service and billing department is nightmare to deal with. Have switched to a different provider and will not do business with them again.
Even their "Supervisors" are clueless and the business as a whole almost seems to out to cheat clients. I should've checked other rating sites such as Yahoo reviews before I did business with them.
