Review 9/4/2007

To start off with a positive, they did meet the date that they committed to. That is where the good stopped. Since the start up of my pool 14 months ago, I have had the following happen:
1. This company has not replaced a 3 inch piece of missing coping. 2. The in-floor system did not work for over 45 days, resulting in sharp calcium deposits attaching to the seats and bottom of the pool. 3. My lights that I paid additional money to have synchronized spin at different speeds causing the pool to be multiple colors at one time. 4. I paid extra to be able to control 8 electrical stations, they installed on a 6 station panel. 5. The Salt system has not worked for almost 2 months and they have not returned calls to repair. 6. I have had 5 (what I consider to be major leaks, a gallon every two minutes) from the same pipe and location. 7. My jets in the spa are stuck and wont turn.
I give them a poor rating not because of the problems but because of their lack of willingness to repair or even return calls. I have spoke with two other Brian Cullingworth Customers who have had similar experiences.
If you elect to give them your money, understand that you are buying a pool with no customer service follow thru.
You are welcome to contact me @ thegeierfamily@yahoo.com where I will be more than happy to send you photos (both good and bad) of their work.
