AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They may offer low prices but beware. They are misleading customers into thinking that they are dealing with a UK company (.co.uk address and prices in £) when in fact they are based in the US. I ordered a camera from their site and after a week had not heard from them or recieved it. I went online and looked at their site and then read some unfavourable reviews and realised that I'd been had. I immediately cancelled my order with them, although the money had already come out of my account within a day of placing my order. I received an e-mail from them within a few hours saying that my order was in a cancellation queue. No further communication from them or my refund, surprise, surprise. I e-mailed Bite Size Deals requesting confirmation of my refund on 5 separate occasions. They only replied to 2 of my e-mails, the first reply saying that they would follow up with their refund department, and that refunds could take up to 30 days, and the second reply saying that they would follow up with management and make sure it got prioritised. 30 days came and went and I filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau, www.la.bbb.org). I then e-mailed Bite Size Deals and told them that I had contacted the BBB and within 2 days they had refunded the money to my bank account. Result!!! I thought I would never see my money again. All I can say to other people in this situation is to keep on at them, bombard them with e-mails and as soon as you get to 30 days raise a complaint and let them know that you have. It's such a shame that you have to go to these extremes to get your money back BUT DO NOT BACK DOWN & LET THEM WIN. I cannot understand how this company is allowed to lawfully trade. Good luck.
