The only thing negative I have to say about these guys is that they are definitely more expensive than Home Depot or another chain store. However, you do get what you pay for and you get personal service and they can order anything. After shopping around pretty aimlessly, I was referred there and ended up buying my new showier equipment there. We have two showerheads in the master bathroom and got a high end shower tower and rain spout for the other side. And we got two toilets that are low-flow BUT flush really, really well!! (Our last toilets were just awful and this alone made me so happy)
The service was good and when all was said and done, I was okay with paying the extra money for the good stuff and service. If you feel the same way as I do in terms of your time, you'll probably like them. If you like spending your weekends pricing out everything to save a few nickels, you probably won't find their prices attractive.
