2+ yrs, trying to get a modification on personal residence, own more than one home, denied then told to move back to original res/locked out, back to home pending short sell/finally sent formal mod packet???after2+yrs, no longertrustthem, homesold, paid 620,+ installed numerous upgrades, could not assist homeowner?? sold home to investor for 174,000,+fees=200,000; the average homeowner should be livid!everyones property values now suck, inlooking at loan docs/yes mers,original docs do not match, so what, they should have helped the homeowner, and the banks still made money!Put agent throught the wringer changing prices; submitting more paperwork, then finally, Hafta happened!yes it was very nice to get 3,000 moving however it arrived the same day you needed to be out, I am leaving what behind??new owner arrives!!such a deal to new owner! and no you homeowners will never see that kind of deal, so screw middle america! however thankful they approved forgiveness of 1 and helloc, it should be required that all banksters sit down with homeowners face too face, that is Ca law, they shared that with me after one foreclosure/locked out and one pending?? now tell me, after 2+yrs would you want to sit down with them?? just who would you believe?? there is no where to go with this, maybe if they had too pay the agent 10% fail or not, they would be more caring to the homeowner, however I doubt it! and Bank of America isn;t the only bank being crummy to the homeowners, get real, they are all quilty! and they did inherit this mess!!
