The worst product, the worst customer service PERIOD If you want to throw away your hard earned money and get aggrevation in the process then do business with them.
I can't believe the BBB hasn't done something about them yet. I bought 2 J3 grasshoppers, they both came with same frequency transmitters. Then the manuals to build them were clear as mud! And the clincher to the whole ordeal was the planes would not fly!!!!! I've chickens that can fly farther than these planes. Don't bother calling them there is always a 25 minute waiting period. Don't bother e-mailing either, when they finally decide to get back to you all they do is tell you things you already know or tell you to do things you've already done. If the ratings for this company could be done with negative stars I'd go with -5
