If I had a choice I would give this "company" zero stars. Do not attempt to deal with this company, which goes by other names, such as, Nito Motor Sports, Pocket Bikes Wholesaler, and Viva-Motors. They use deceptive practices, do not honor their refund policy and have a complete disregard for ethics and customer service. I don't quite understand the concept they follow, because if they provided decent customer service and honored what they advertise and actually provided the products they promise, one might recommend them to friends or even purchase more from them. They would rather conduct shady business, which seems to be more of a hassle. Maybe they think working from the internet makes them "invisible" but they are mistaken. BEWARE of this company. Purchase your scooter, mini bike, etc. locally from a dealer you know is reputable. This company will do everything to make your experience as unpleasant as possible. They ruined one little boy's Christmas and that is just wrong on so many levels. The word evil comes to mind.
