Earl Ward III, owner of Award Properties, has defrauded people of thousands of dollars. As a property manager, he has taken money from home owners and not paid them. He has numerous complaints against him. He is trying to file bankruptcy. He is also being investigated by the Santa Barbara District Attorney Investigator Jennifer Glimp (805)737-7871. Also, the Housing Authority has information on him (Michele Ferruolo, Housing Manager II, Santa Maria Office
(805) 925-4393 Ext. 114). Beware. Earl Ward III was a good person a long time ago, but now he has abandoned his morals and goodness, and has become Greedy and has defrauded many people. He owes many people thousands of dollars, and he has caused these people much personal pain and financial suffering. Please Beware of Award Properties and of Earl Ward III.
