I was involved in an auto accident on 11-4-11. It was a minor accident with no injuries. The person covered by AAA auto insurance admitted liability. As of 11-25-11 AAA has not settled the claim with me. Their agent, Xavier Navarro and his supervisor, Mr. Garlock were rude and hostile with me.
I took my car for an estimate and it came out to be $587. AAA said they would only pay $468. The agent lied to me a couple of times. AAA has been very hostile and rude with me. I do not wish anyone to experience what i have gone thru with them. i am going to file a complaint with the California Insurance commissionar.
