My husband worked with them to get our money back from fraudulent timeshare companies. They did not charge up front, however, they charged us 50% of our money to dispute and the credit was only temporary so when the credit card company removed their credit we asked ARS to give us back the money they said no because we signed a contract that stated they were still going to charge us a fee even if it's just a provisional (temporary) credit. They are just as bad as the fraudulent timeshare companies. READ AND UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU SIGN!!! Sincerely, Scorned for the third time
