We are so pleased to be able write a review of a company that has exceeded our expectations. To begin, we had paid 3 companies to sell our timeshare and the only thing we received was a year of complete and utter grief. We had given up on ever coming to a resolution until my husband was referred to Audit Recovery. I called them and spoke to 2 people who were not only knowledgeable and courteous but more importantly effective and strong. On my 4th call to the company I spoke to one of the officers for over 30 minutes who broke down the entire timeshare industry, the resale industry, what's being done to make effective change, and went as far as to give me his direct line if I ever needed more information.
It is good to know we found a company that is the exact opposite of every other company in this timeshare community. And by the way, we got every dime back, including finance charges.
