Around The Globe Transport is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They never answer their phone and when they do they have more excuses on why the vehicle in question has not been picked up and moved then their are people in the world. They were paid in full on 11/9/2009 Today is 11/30/2009 I have been trying to call them all morning no answer I have left messages no return calls. I am now trying to get my money refunded and it is like pulling teeth from a bull. The office staff is very rude as is the Manager Julie I think they need to all take a customer service class and learn how to be humble when they are wrong and lying to their customers. I wish I had checked this site before using them I see why they are rated at a D+. It is not good business when you do not call your customers back or keep them informed.
