Had some problems getting my car shipped. Was a very difficult route. they gave me the run around for two or three weeks. and then after i complained about it on the BBB website about how horrible the service was. i was promised my car be picked up within 3 to 4 days. and then i called on the 4th day. and they said that it would be another 3 or 4 days. called again on the last day. and they said the same thing. i finally decided to give up and cancel it. and then they would not give me a full refund. and then jade, who is the stand in CEO of this "company" e-mailed me and told me that she would give me a full refund and that i would have a 500 dollar gas voucher in 13- 18 days. and that was sent september 18. it is now november third and since then i have contacted her twice about my missing voucher. she said that it would be sent out within a few days of my e-mail on october 20th. still, nothing. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
