I have had nothing but problems with this company, but because they are contracted through my Home Warranty Insurance, I was stuck with them. The office staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, the technicians don't really seem to know what they're doing, and they are all terrible at communication. I have had them out to my house 3 times, and if the technicians come at all, they are late and there is no call to inform me of this. It has been 5 months and I still don't have a working dishwasher and I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix my washing machine. To say the least, it is very frustrating and I will never use this company again.
