On June 18,2009 I signed up with American Marketing Group to sell my timeshare. Jamie Daniels, 561-584-8171, told me he had a family ready to buy my timeshare. They strung me along until mid-November when they said the family "just couldn't come up with the extra $1198 to cover my fee". I have called and called them to hopefully urge them to sell it. I even told them to make the price negotiable. Since then during every single phone call they have said "We're doing the best we can." I even talked with a man who said he had taken over to clean up the mess they were in. He explained that they were in bankruptcy and that he planned to help me especially since I'm unemployed. A couple times they said they think they have a buyer, but nothing ever happened.
Now when I dial their number, either 877-296-0457 or 561-296-0477, I get a message "The number you have dialed is not available from your calling area."
I'm sure I'll never get my $1298 back, so all I can do is warn anyone who thinks about using them to reconsider. These people are con artists!
