American Direct was a real treat to work with. I needed my vehicle ASAP. David contacted me on Monday morning. I placed the order on Monday afternoon. Monday evening, Barbie the dispatcher contacted me, letting me know that the driver will be picking up my vehicle Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning, surely enough there was a carrier right outside my door ready to pick up my car. The driver performed an inspection and then loaded my car in the truck and headed on its way. Tuesday afternoon, left on a plane to NY. Now its Wednesday afternoon and I already have my car!! Talk about speedy service. I recommend American Direct to anyone in need of moving their car.
