I had shutters installed by Alpine and They were poorly manufactured (warped and uneven), I called the company and they came out to my home and "made adjustments", which did not work. I subsequently called the owner and a guy came out representing himself as the owner (I guess he was the owner), A few days later he sent out a crew to remove all the shutters and returned to their facility. they were returned about a week later and the only difference in them when they brought them back was that they were full of "white dust". They never shut completely and I was told that because they were made of wood they would not completely shut.
I would not recommend Alpine Shutters to anyone.
