Do not use All County Towing. They are out of control. They tow cars in flood emergency situations without the consent of the owner. Business who contract with their service have apparently no control over them once signed up. Stay away !!!
Towed without owner consent during an emergency situation and demanded cash to return car. Intimidating pick up as I had to deal with people with guns.
On the evening of December 17, Hollywood experienced over 13 inches of rainfall resulting in severe flooding of the roadway system. The city oh Hollywood issued an
Activation emergency due to the dangerous flooding in the city. Hollywood Police Department informed me that they could send a patrol to help because their vehicles were getting stuck in the flooding. I was told to secure my car on higher ground and not to drive trough flooded roads as it would have the potential to destroy my car. I parked the car and walked home in 4 feet of water. When I returned at 8 AM I found my car missing from the Pet mart located south of Sheraton and US 1.
Anker Towing decided to help towed my car in an emergency situation. All County Towing is not returning phone calls! The car experienced damage from the towing that All County Towing performed.
I find it completely un acceptable that there are business operating in our county who have no issues with taking advantage of people in emergency situations. Its predatory behavior, extremely un ethical and potentially posses a public endangerment.
Refund towing and impound fees to all the people who’s cars were towed during this flood emergency. In addition I would like All County Towing to apologize (in writing) to all the people that they impacted during this emergency. I am prepared to take this issue to the District Attorney’s office and beyond if I do not get a satisfactory resolution within the next 14 calendar days.
