This place is a horrible business with unethical business practices. I purchased a new wedding dress with them and was told it would come in 8-10 weeks. Around week 11, I called inquiring about the status and was told someone would call me that following weekend when it came in. I never heard from them. Two weeks later, I again called and was told it was supposed to come in the next day and I'd be getting a call. Again, I never received a call. Finally, I had my mom go in as I lived far away from the location, and she was told the dress was going to be delivered in a few hours. When my mom showed up to get the dress, it wasn't even a new dress. Teresa, the owner, tried to pass off the sample dress as the new one. Teresa couldn't provide any documentation that the dress was ordered and even couldn't show the packaging even though it was just delivered. When questioning Teresa further, she stated that "it doesn't matter anyway. We don't give refunds." I reluctantly took the dress and went to another business for alterations. When I told them of the story, they looked at the dress and saw there were no tags. They told me that it was definitely not a new dress.
