I purchased the SOCOM Gear R700 Sniper Rifle Airsoft Gun online on November 19, 2009.My son opened up the gift on Christmas Day and it has never worked.
The BB would not load into the chamber and the gun therefore will not shoot. We used an airsoft ramrod to see if the chamber was jammed – it was not. We originally used the P-Force 0.20g 6mm bb's supplied in the box. The magazine was in all the way. There was no instruction or warranty manual in the box. I sent an email inquiry about the problem and though the company responded, they said I had voided the warranty because we also tried Crossman bb's. Now I have a $160 worth of product that does not work and I am out of luck. I will never do business with this company again.
