I have not had the greatest experiences while dealing with this company. I am unable to locate a local telephone number to contact them and each time I call the 800 number the answering service that can’t understand me takes a message for a call back that I have yet to receive. After they were unable to assist me with the plumbing repair in my home (AHS warranty) they charged me twice for my service fee. As a result, I have had to dispute this additional charge with my credit card company.
