This is our second letter to complement the exemplary service that we received from Pure Valley Water from Scotts Valley.
We had an emergency and they responded immediately with service which was way beyond our expectations. After the job had been completed exceptionally, they followed up to make sure that everything was working to our satisfaction and that they would address any outstanding issues if they arose.
We highly recommend this company.
