I spent hours sending over the same documentation to this group of unprofessionals. They never read any of it, they asked for it 5x though they already had it. When I challenged their competence the owner cried like a baby saying I was being mean to him. I'm surprised these guys could collect a dime from anyone. I had to contact past attorneys and paid over $1000 to gather all the solid evidence I had for my two debts. But they kept telling me how they couldn't collect the debt despite rock solid evidence. Don't use this firm if you really want to have a chance of collecting. They just don't have it together.
