We just finished re-financing with Ratecomb. I monitored the rate for some time before decided to start the process. Ratecomb.com is very useful website with real time rates. I really like that most of the process went through emails - Ratecomb team responded promptly and answered all my questions. Clients also can call Rohit and ask questions over the phone if needed. I was advised about any changes in the Loan conditions due to appraisal/lock change in advance. There were a few bumps on the road when I wasn't notified that my fax didn't go through on time, funding was delayed for 2 days - but it's really minor stuff. We were able to close in 27 days, there were no surprises at the closing - everything they promised they delivered. I would definitely use Ratecomb services in the future for refinance.
