Hats off to Mr. Rohit Jain, Ms Shruthi and the Ratecomb Processing Team! Mr Jain have been very understanding of my situation. He was very patient and informative throughout the process of our Refi. He had no qualms about answering my meticulous questions thru the e-mail. I never felt that a conversation or correspondence with him belittling or an unnecessary process because he did not mind explaining. He was really very patient, very polite all the time and very professional! Has a good sense of humor too! Ms. Shruthi have been straight to the point in acknowledging and answering my questions as the HAARP program is nearing its deadline date. I know she and her Ratecomb processing team have been working very hard in the background especially that we have a second position with another lender/bank. (Do not mistake me my wife an I did our part too--which is just appropriate). Lastly, I think if you have people working together like a team as this rest assured they will be working for your best interest. I know Ratecomb will have more clients even in these challenging times. God bless you Mr. Jain, Shruthi and the rest of your Ratecomb processing team!
