Christina and her assistant are wonderful with my two year old son. They have a set routine for the kids to follow and fun activities including story time, crafts, baking, and a big yard for them to play in. I feel very comfortable with Christina since she is there with the kids all the time and gives them personal attention. She's got lots of experience as her recommendation letters show when I first interviewed with her.
A couple of months back, she noticed my son was coughing a lot and offered to give him cough medicine that I would bring to her, which helped control the symptom. She would remind us parents about upcoming special events, photos, and reminders about weather change via text message or emails. On several occasions, I was in a hurry and forgot my son's lunch and she offered to fix him things to eat so I didn't have to go back to get it.
At the end of the day, she hands me a report of my son's schedule and is always ready to listen and discuss my specific needs. I sometimes arrange slightly different drop-off time with her and she's always willing to accommodate. I've used her service since September last year and I completely trust her when I leave my child with her.
