BEWARE OF NHS!!!!! I strongly believe this company is fraudulent.., and I paid close to $4000 and I have nothing to show for it. I hired this company to help me with a loan modification, and over a 9 month period., my home was sold at an action unbeknown to me or or NHS., they are the worst entity I have ever dealt with. As stated by another consumer complaint., and by my personal encounters, this company is extremely disorganized and they have hired family members and other employees that don't stay there very long. Over the past year, I have submitted documents per NHS and seemingly from the Bank's request from this company, and repeatedly., NHS claim my documents were wrong or expired. I have now filed an extensive complaint with the A.G. office and retained an attorney to pursue my case against Homeowners Solutions and the Bank.
I WOULD RESPECTFULLY WARN CONSUMERS NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES. THERE SUCCESS SEEMS TO BE FAR AND IN-BETWEEN.
