Worst Customer Service Beware

I inadvertently was charged for a hotel room using an online secondary provider. I realized my error the next morning and notified the service that I was under the impression it was a pre authorization check on the validity of my credit card. This account is not my primary account so I only keep small amounts in it. The individual from the online company apologized and said they had just finished a class of new trainees and they would return the charges. I spoke to Morgan and Melanie at Champion Credit Union. Melanie assured me they would reverse NFS fees since the company was refunding the money into my account. I called back at 1040 and spoke to Morgan. I asked about the possibility of taking the hold off so I could use that money. She said that my account was showing a 12.00 positive balance. Previously it was $-77.00. When she told me this I said "great I will be able to buy some gas." I only assumed the money was starting to be sent back into my account. I checked my account and it did have a +$12 balance. I went and made a couple of purchases. Later, these two charges cost me over $60.00. When I spoke to Melanie, about this, she said she had already spoken to Morgan(even though I had never told her about Morgan and my conversation in ref, positive balance until that moment.) She said Morgan was not aware of that conversation. So basically it is ok to insinuate that a customer that has had accounts with Champion Credit Union since 1995 is making this conversation up. I did not lie and there was a positive balance in my account! I want the money for the two NFS fees replaced back into my account.
