I apologize if we have not responded to your issue. Our company has been in business since 1975, and we have an emphasis on customer satisfaction. We warranty our carpet installations in Mesa County for five years.
I am told we received a call from someone yesterday who had an issue, but would not leave their name or number, and said the were going to contact the better business bureau. Obviously we cannot respond to an issue of we don't know what it is.
