Do not do business with these people. They promise they will help you, charge a fee upfront (warning: check out the law against this), give you contact numbers such as cell phones and office phones, and never answer or disconnect them. It has been nearly a year since my elderly mother and I (recovering from a life-threatening illness) handed over our hard-earned money, only to receive two rejection letters from our lender - and no return on our money from this so-called business. They will answer emails, at their convenience, and hand you off to other 'consultants' - however nothing comes of it except useless banter and sarcasm. I urge you DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, my bet it that it is a scam.
