Beware!!! This Facility is very dirty! The locker rooms are disgusting, there was gum stuck inside one of the elliptical cup holders for about a month, machines are always broken and take on the average 2-3 weeks before they are fixed, they chain their cleaning bottles to the wall and by the way there is only a total of 4 cleaning bottles for the entire facility! Everyone should be given a spray bottle to clean there machines after use. Also, when trying to cancel I was told I had to call the corporate office which is located in California, after going through tons of options through their automated line I was finally connected to a member service rep. The rep practically begged me to not cancel and that the facility would be cleaned by the end of the month. I waited but no success. So I called back in again to finally cancel. The rep I first spoke with didn't know how to look me up in the system, the second time I called the rep told me that I had to send the corporate office a letter to cancel, so I asked to speak with a supervisor, which she told me the exact thing. I asked her why the rep didn't advise me of this the first time when I called in and her reply was " I cant answer that question." I then asked her to speak with her supervisor and she said there was no one above her there. My question is why didn't the local facility in Canton, oh tell me I had to send in a letter to corporate to cancel? Instead they gave me the run around by telling me to call corporate which they told me to give them a second chance by having the facility clean and machines fixed, which never happened. Please beware of this company they make it way to hard to cancel and by the way I'm not even under a contract I'm on a month to month where I should be able to cancel at anytime.
