After several e-mails over the period of a month to this company about 4 specific stretch cruisers, I finally placed an order. I then received an email claiming this bike was OUT OF STOCK, and it would be approximately 2 weeks until they had the bike in stock. I asked about the other 3, and they were out of stock also. In fact, out of the 12 bikes listed in the stretch cruisers section, 10 were OUT OF STOCK. I would not purchase anything from this company because of their obvious and blatant lies about what they do and don't have in stock.
Here is a copy of the email sent to me:
Dear
We are writing to inform you that the Puma GTS in Matte Black is currently out of stock. It may be about 2 weeks before we have this back in stock.
Please let us know if you have any other color or model preferences so that we may check our inventory and send you out another item of your preference.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

So they wanted me to pick a different color, KNOWING NO COLOR OF THIS MODEL WAS IN STOCK. Buyer beware. If you actually want to receive your bike, I suggest going somewhere else. Also notice the "DEAR..." to start the email. They sent the stock email to me without even putting my name on it, showing me how often they must send this email.
