Want to Know if Transfer America is Honest and ligitament.

How do we know that Transfer America is ligitiment when they have only been on the BBB site a short time? How do we know that the customer reviews have been checked out? It could be that the company paid these people for the reviews. This is my first try at using trustlink. I used another company to sell my time share, They were listed on the Denver BBB site. I lost the money and still had the time share. Thanks for any help you can give me. George Phillips

Hi George,
Transfer America is a legitimate company. They arrange for their company to purchase timeshares, thus ending the continuing liability for common area charges. Unlike a conventional sale, though, you pay them a fee to take ownership of the unit. This seems counter intuitive, but as you probably know, there's no secondary market for timeshares and therefore there are few alternatives other than continuing to pay.
The company has an A rating with the BBB in LA and is an Accredited Business. You can access their report above by clicking on 'View BBB report'.
