Use of BBB logo?

How does the BBB feel about a "business" using the BBB logo on their website when they aren't accredited?

If a business is not accredited they are not allowed to user the logo. They get sent cease and desist letters by our national legal department. Can you tell us the name of a business that you are aware of who is doing this? You can also use the messaging feature if you don't want to post it directly here. Thanks.
