Can you validate if Hard Equity Financing is really a business??????

Has anyone done any business with Hard Equity Financing? I cannot say anything negative about this business but there are a number of financial companies opening up around the country that are not for real and only collect fees from borrowers. I noticed this company cannot be located in the phone book or at the address with a cross reference. Most places have a local phone number and there is not one for this firm in Miami. I recently had a bad experiance with a company that was out to get commitment fees and the like and generally if a product is too good to be true..you know the rest. Has anyone ever went up to their office to meet them or check with any regulatory agencies? Companies can have their information on the BBB and give you a false sense of security. Who knows anything?

Curious George, Although Hard Equity Financing is listed with the BBB they are not an accredited member of the BBB. Their C- rating which is below average, is based on not having enough information to say they are good or bad to work with. As you can see at their report, there is no business start date, licensing information and no complaints on file therefore their rating is accurate.
