Can I trust the Hardship Center in Costa Mesa, CA?

Do you know the Hardship Center at 2458 Newport Blvd Suite 205 Costa Mesa, CA 92627? It is a company what you can trust? They asking to send them a money before they will process my loan modification and I am not sure how safe it is.
Thank you

Masha, I have been doing a bunch of research on a different company and I have learned to check the businesses out before I sign any agreements and pay any fees. First, check with the BBB as they usually will have their information. Then check the business out with the Secretary of State, who keeps track of the businesses and corporations. Even Googling brings up a lot of information. If you have that feeling, then don't proceed. If you paid and have no results, take it to the Attorney General and they will tell you what else you can do.
